Takes 3 workspaces, every key in them, all usage history and every invoice with it, and removes 4 members. Anchors already written to the chain are unaffected: they are on a public ledger and nothing here can retract them, which is the point of anchoring.

Disabled in this prototype. In production this needs the organisation name typed to confirm, a settled final invoice, and a 30-day window in which it can be undone.
