How the two halves work together

The plan is a fixed monthly charge that sets your rate limits and your SLA. Everything priced per unit, anchors at $0.30 each above the allowance, identity lookups at $0.001, and short-lived premium keys, draws on the credit balance instead. That means throughput and consumption are separate decisions: you can raise your limits without prepaying for volume, or prepay for volume without changing your limits. Prices are in USD and billed in your local currency at checkout.
